I was one of the lucky craftspersons to be chosen to participate in the 2007 Craftland, "an annual holiday sale in Providence, Rhode Island that celebrates all kinds of handmade objects and the people who make them." The store is set up for one month only, then disappears until next year. I'm in pretty amazing company - check out the list of participants here. (I already ordered fellow vendor Charlie & Sara's "Wellies" shirt for Sophie -- good gravy it is so cute!)

Icing on the cake? Former RI-based Jen Corace (she's now in Seattle - I bought a painting of hers waaaay back in '04) is the illustrator for this year's Craftland. Awesome.

If you're anywhere near Rhode Island, you really should check this thing out. The sale will be open from December 1-22 at 235 Westminster Street. More info at the Craftland site.
